How it Works
1. Obtain DSC
Acquire the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for all individuals who have been nominated as potential directors.
2. Apply for DIN
Submit an application for obtaining a Director Identification Number (DIN) for all the individuals being considered as directors.
3. Application For Name Approval
Submit an application to obtain official approval for the chosen name of a company to MCA.
4. LLP Agreement
Legal document that outlines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of partners in a Limited Liability Partnership.
5. LLP Incorporation Certificate
Once all the previous process is completed, a Certificate of Incorporation will be issued by MCA.
